In silver with blue, white and green enamels, centre pieces in Gold with red, white and blue enamels bearing the right facing bust of Henri IV on the obverse, and two crossed flags on the reverse, encircled by a green enamelled laurel and oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 44. 65 mm (w) x 64. 77 mm (h inclusive of its crown suspension), weighs 21. 3 grams, accompanied by a replacement red ribbon,
