Germany, Heer. A Militärverwaltung Officer’s M38 Overseas Cap GTRexclude eleven of the ribbons with(Heer Schiffchen M38 fr Offiziere der Militrverwaltung). A well preserved Heer Militrverwaltung (Military Administration) Officers M38 overseas cap, constructed of field grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls, scalloped toward the front, which are adorned with a length of silver aluminum wire piping just below the peak. A further length of silver aluminum wire piping trims the outer edge of the crown, which is also flanked on
