An eight pointed multi rayed star in silver gilt, with obverse centre exhibiting an enameled white Latin Cross with a blue enameled anchor in bronze gilt, with alternated lions and castles in each quadrant also in bronze gilt, surmounted by an Imperial crown and a beneath clasp on the 12 o'clock arm, the reverse with buttonhole for attachment, measuring 23. 02 (w)
