A German Fire Police Visor Cap; Wartime Re-Badged certificate_of_authenticity 1962 at Rain near StraubingThis exterior of the cap is fabricated from a navy blue wool, incorporating a 40 mm wide band in black velvet and a traditional high peak, with magenta piping along the top edge and flanking either side of the band. The cap was previously designed for an NCO of the Luftwaffe Civil Fire Brigade and has been re badged. It is decorated with a tri colour cockade on the peak, the cockade with a painted black base incorporating a silvered ring and red felt
