An First War Iron Cross & Hanseaten Medal Pair Auction comprising: Iron Cross 1939 2ndPrussia: Iron Cross 2nd Class 1914 (silver with black paint, iron core, magnetic, 43. 7 mm); and Hamburg: Hanseaten Cross (silvered bronze with red enamels, 40 mm). Mounted to a suspension with swing bar pinback, as worn by the veteran, red enamels intact and gilt wear evident on the Hanseaten Cross, near extremely fine.
