Domaine la Garrigue Vacqueyras 2019 SINGLE VINEYARD citrusy and dried fruit notesA blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault. 70 year old vines at an altitude of 150 meters. Clay limestone, sand, gravelly clay. Hand harvested, lightly crushed but whole cluster fermentation in tank, daily delestage. 18 months in concrete tanks.
