I am not sure the age but certainly old

and when you screw it off

It is unlike any other I've seen

An old school drawing I would guess, earlyish 20th century, and looks like someone was pleased enough with it to keep it in a scrapbook, as the corners show some discoloration, pretty minor, from old corner mounts. 5 5 8" x 3 1 2".
