I'd set it on an open shelf so that I could just enjoy looking at it

Nice Old Brass Plumb Bob with Great Form, 3 3/4 Inches Long bark then coated with many successiveI love plumb bobs just as forms, and this one, to my eye, is a real beauty. Brass, with a steel tip, and still threaded with some old twine, as I found it. Use as a plumb, or as a paperweight (it's solid and heavy) or hang it somewhere and set it swinging from time to time. I'd love to see a whole bunch of these hung together from the ceiling to form a sort of cloud, but maybe that's just me! 3 3 4" long x approx 2" widest; 9 16" across at hanging
