Fill each and push on the top buttons. Great graphics, nice detail on the alligators. Circa 1950s 60s, fun kitsch for the mid century kitchen. The gizmo measures approximately 2 3 4" tall x 3 1 4" long. Clean, appears never to have been used; no chips or cracks.
