which is just right

with some aging/darkening to the paper but the drawing itself is in very good shape

kind of like the feeling I get seeing giant vats of richly colored spices

The individual trays measure 9" in diameter and 3 3/4" tall

Field gift for the scholar Has been stored in plasticThis old painting fills me with a sense of well being as I imagine those picked peaches just picked and still warm from the sun, and the pitcher filled with fresh cream, maybe from the cow of its painter! Not a masterpiece but pretty charming, and I especially love the peach pit sitting there as testament to the peaches' deliciousness! Oil on board, framed in just the right old cream painted wooden frame, where it has probably lived since it was made.
