the MT was crushed and the Riesling was pressed whole bunch - the whole bunch Riesling juice went ontop of the crushed MT for all of alcoholic fermentation
2014 vintage is our second vintage of Bates Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon
The botti range from 25 to 50 hectoliters and average 10-12 years of age
This is a blend of three vintages
