Roblet-Monnot Pere et Fils Volnay Saint Francois, Cote de Beaune, France 2018 Salus Rumpf's 2021 Binger Riesling TrockenDomaine Roblet Monnot is currently run by Pascal Roblet and Ccile Tremblay with a total of 8. 5 ha of winery in both Cte de Beaune and Cte de Nuits. Destemming or not, depending on the vintage and cuve, Roblet works only with pigeage, doing nothing for the first two weeks of cuvaison and punching down for the following two. In the cellar, levage lasts between 18 and 24 months, and the presence of new oak these days is minimal. The results are superb:
