Foudre 2022 comes from an exceptional 80-year-old vineyard located in Serra de São Mamede

with spontaneous fermentation on the skins in cement vats

then sur lattes in bottle for approximately 34 months

The Pinot Noir was fermented completely destemmed in concrete

but variety-typical notes of lemon confit and jasmine still manage to ring strongly through the wine’s manifold layers
