2022 Domaine Pierre Morey Meursault Les Tessons Cote de Beaune, France Condesa is not a Grand CruHillside above Meursault near famous 1er Crus, rocky soils on limestone bedrock Viticulture: Certified organic and biodynamic Vinification: Gentle pneumatic pressing, 12 to 24 hours settling of must, alcoholic fermentation on fine lees in barrel (20 50% new oak). Aged for 16 to 20 months, fined filtered if necessary, bottling by gravity.
