The Falkenlay parcel sits on gray slate and is one of the most protected, prized corners of the Marienburg hill, historically a grower favorite for its depth of fruit. Bottled as a Grosses Gewachs, this is a bone dry Riesling built for the table and the cellar, where slate driven minerality meets serious concentration and a long, mineral soaked finish. Busch farms biodynamically with old, ungrafted vines, and it
